Bismarck Potato Pizza

Pizza lover? This Potato Pizza is perfect for parties or any other gathering, it’s loaded with prosciutto, mushrooms and lots of chesse!


  • 1 large potato

  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

  • 6 slices prosciutto

  • 1 egg

  • 4 mushrooms, sliced

  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Pepper


    1. Wash and cut the potato into very thin slices. Heat a frying pan with some olive oil. Arrange the potato slices in a ring pattern. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

    2. Spread the tomato sauce onto the potatoes. Arrange mushroom slices and mozzarella cheese on top. Crack an egg into the center. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

    3. Transfer the potato pizza onto a plate and place sheets of prosciutto on top. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and black pepper.
